Section 812IAC1-1-38. Advertising

In addition to the requirements under IC 25-6.1-6-5, all advertisements of auctions shall disclose the following:

(1) The name and license number of the principal auctioneer involved in the auction.

(2) The name and license number of the principal auction company involved in the auction.
