Section 810IAC2-1-6. Removal of individuals from registry

(a) The agency may remove a licensed person or any other registrant from the registry if:
(1) the registrant fails to comply with any of the requirements listed in IC 34-30-13, specifically including, but not limited to:
(A) any conditions required for immunity from civil liability; or
(B) maintaining a license on active status for a profession listed in IC 34-30-13-1.2;
(2) the office of the attorney general submits a written request to the agency to remove the registrant from the registry because the person poses a risk to the health, safety, or welfare of the public.
(b) The agency shall take reasonable actions necessary to verify subsection (a)(1) or (a)(2).
