Section 810IAC2-1-5. Expiration; renewal

Latest version.

   (a) A registration of a licensed person under section 4 of this rule is valid for no more than two (2) years.

  (b) An approved person on the registry shall renew their registration for the registry in conjunction with their profession's renewal application.

  (c) The agency shall include an option on application and renewal forms for professions listed under IC 34-30-13-1.2(a)(1) for applicants to register for the registry and for approved persons to renew their registrations for the registry.
