Section 80IAC7-1-6. "Commission works contract" defined

"Commission works contract" means a contract between the commission and a person for the performance of some work or service related to the completion of a commission works project for the commission. However, the term does not include contracts for professional services that are related to the performance of the commission works, unless specifically provided to the contrary.
