The purpose of this rule is to establish and administer uniform policies as they pertain to concession activities within the state fair commission to the full extent of the authority vested in the state fair commission through the provisions of IC 15-1.5 [IC 15-1.5 was repealed by P.L.2-2008, SECTION 83, effective July 1, 2008.].
