Section 760IAC1-49-10. Administrative violations

If the commissioner, through the commissioner's designated representative, believes that a medical claims review agent may have violated, or is violating, this section or IC 27-8-16, the commissioner's designated representative shall comply with IC 27-8-16-12 in investigating the complaint and, where appropriate, in imposing sanctions against the medical claims review agent.
