Section 760IAC2-19-2. Other sanctions

In addition to any other sanction provided under the laws or rules of this state, the commissioner may impose a penalty against the insurance producer who has violated the laws or rules. The penalty shall be the greater of the following:

(1) Three (3) times the amount of the commissions paid for each policy involved in the violation.

(2) Two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500).
