Section 75IAC6-3-1. Classification of dealer plates

Latest version.

   (a) In addition to the dealer-new, dealer-used, wholesale, and manufacturer plates authorized by IC 9-32-6, the secretary of state authorizes the following classifications of metal dealer registration plates:

(1) Motorcycle dealer-new.

(2) Motorcycle dealer-used.

(3) Transfer dealer.

(4) Antique car museum dealer.

(5) Dealer promotional.

(6) Research and development.

  (b) The following dealers properly licensed under IC 9-32 are eligible to apply for dealer-new or dealer-used plates:

(1) Mobile home dealers.

(2) Recreational vehicle dealers.

(3) Trailer dealers.
