Section 75IAC5-1-10. "Dealer registration" defined

   "Dealer registration" means a certificate of registration under IC 9-31-4 [IC 9-31-4 was repealed by P.L.92-2013, SECTION 77, effective July 1, 2013.] which identifies a dealership and information pertinent to the testing and demonstrating of a watercraft by the dealership.
