Section 71IAC8-5-3. Single use syringes

The use of other than single use, disposable syringes and infusion tubes on association premises is prohibited. Whenever a veterinarian has a hypodermic needle or syringe he or she shall destroy the needle and syringe and remove it from the association premise.
