Section 71IAC8-5-2. Prohibited acts

(a) A practicing veterinarian at any meeting is prohibited from possessing any ownership, directly or indirectly, in any horse racing during the meeting.
(b) Veterinarians licensed by the commission as practicing veterinarians are prohibited from placing any wager of money or other things of value directly or indirectly on the outcome of any race conducted at the meeting at which he or she is furnishing professional service.
(c) No veterinarian shall, within the association grounds, furnish, sell, or loan any hypodermic syringe, needle, or other injection device to any other person within the grounds of an association where race horses are stabled.
