Section 71IAC7-1-17. Ban on dealing in horses

No commission employee or racing official or their assistants shall participate financially, directly or indirectly, in the purchase or sale of any horse which races at such meeting. Any person violating this section shall be suspended by the judges and the matter referred to the commission.
