Section 71IAC5-1-23. Visitor's pass

Track security may authorize unlicensed persons temporary access to restricted areas. Such persons shall be identified and their purpose and credentials verified and approved in writing by track security. A copy of the written approval shall be filed with the commission or its designee within forty-eight (48) hours. Such authorization or credential may only be used by the person to whom it is issued.
