Section 71IAC5-1-22. License presentation

Latest version.

   (a) All licensees shall carry on their person at all times within the enclosure their assigned commission license (photo identification badge).

  (b) A person shall present an appropriate license to enter a restricted area.

  (c) The judges may require visible display of a license in a restricted area.

  (d) A license may only be used by the person to whom it is issued.
