Section 71IAC4-4-6. Ejection and exclusion

An association may eject or exclude a person, licensed or unlicensed, from association grounds solely of its own volition and without any reason or excuse given therefor, provided, however, such ejection or exclusion shall not be founded on race, religion, or national origin. An association shall immediately notify the judges and the commission in writing of any person ejected or excluded by the association and the reasons for the ejection or exclusion.
