Section 71IAC3.5-1-10. Racing Officials Accreditation Program stewards accreditation

   The commission shall appoint stewards, all of whom shall be employees of the commission. To qualify for appointment as a steward, the appointee shall be accredited as a racing official by the Racing Officials Accreditation Program administered by the Universities of Arizona and Louisville. Exceptions for emergencies may be permitted.
