   Officials at a race meeting include the following:

(1) Stewards.

(2) Racing secretary.

(3) Paddock judge.

(4) Horse identifier.

(5) Horsemen's bookkeeper.

(6) Starter.

(7) Clerk of scales.

(8) Jockey room custodian.

(9) Photo finish technician.

(10) Patrol judges.

(11) Timer/clocker.

(12) Placing judge, if duty not performed by stewards.

(13) Official veterinarian.

(14) Racing veterinarian.

(15) Integrity official/identifier.

(16) Any other official designated by the commission.
