Section 71IAC12-1-24. Issuance of license

   In considering the issuance of a license, the commission shall approve, modify and approve, or deny the request for a license. The commission may, in its sole discretion, preliminarily and conditionally approve the proposed location of a satellite facility, subject to the subsequent filing of a license application and compliance by the license applicant with all statutes, rules, and regulations related to the issuance of a license. In issuing a license, the commission may, in its sole discretion, specify in detail any conditions to which the issuance of a license is subject.
