Section 71IAC10-5-6. Knowledge of client's omission

(a) An attorney or representative who knows that a client has not complied with the Act or this title, or that a client has made a material error in or a material omission in any information or testimony presented to the review officer, hearing officer, or commission, shall promptly advise his or her client of the fact of the noncompliance, error, or omission.
(b) To the extent not in conflict with the attorney-client privilege, the attorney shall advise the hearing officer, review officer, or commission of the noncompliance, error, or omission.
