Section 71IAC1-1-100. "Simulcast" defined

"Simulcast" means live audio and visual electronic signals emanating from a licensed horse racing meeting and transmitted simultaneously with the running of the races at the meeting. This term includes the transmission of pari-mutuel wagering odds, amounts wagered, and payoffs on such events.
