Section 710IAC4-12-12. Proposed findings and conclusions; briefs

In any proceeding involving a hearing or any opportunity for hearing, the parties may file, in writing, proposed findings and conclusions. Briefs in support of the proposals may be included, and any proposed finding or conclusion not briefed may be regarded by the commissioner as waived.
