Section 68IAC25-11-6. Deactivated or suspended limited mobile gaming player accounts

A casino licensee shall notify the limited mobile gaming player account holder via electronic mail, regular mail, or other method approved by the executive director or the executive director's designee, whenever the limited mobile gaming player account has been deactivated or placed in a suspended mode. Such notification shall include the restrictions placed on the account and further course of action needed to remove the restriction.
