Section 68IAC25-11-5. Limited mobile gaming player account statements

Latest version.

The casino licensee shall provide an account statement with account details to a patron on demand. The account statement shall include detailed account activity for a defined time period. Information to be provided shall include, at a minimum, the following:

(1) Deposits to the limited mobile gaming player account.

(2) Withdrawals from the limited mobile gaming player account.

(3) Lifetime win or loss totals.

(4) The current account balance.

(5) The self-imposed limit history, if applicable.
