Section 68IAC2-6-4. Appeal of test results

(a) An applicant who is served with a notice of denial under this rule may request a hearing under 68 IAC 7-1.

(b) If the applicant does not request a hearing within ten (10) days after service of notice of denial as provided in 68 IAC 7-1-2(b), the notice of denial becomes the final order of the commission.
