Section 68IAC2-3-1.5. Management of riverboat gambling operations

5. (a) An individual applying for an occupational license, Level 1, to manage a riverboat gambling operation is subject to background inquiries and requirements similar to those required for an applicant for a riverboat owner's license under IC 4-33-6 and 68 IAC 2-1.

(b) Each individual applying for an occupational license, Level 1, to manage a riverboat gambling operation may manage gambling operations for only one (1) riverboat licensee.
