Section 685IAC1-5-9. Operating fact sheet

   Each owner of a regulated amusement device shall:

(1) read and be familiar with the contents of the manufacturer's recommended operating instructions, and specifications; and

(2) prepare an operating fact sheet as set forth in 685 IAC 1-2-4.

This sheet shall be made available to each operator of the regulated amusement device. This section shall not apply to regulated amusement devices covered by ANSI B77.1-2006, as established in 685 IAC 1-2-11, that are passenger ropeways, aerial tramways, aerial lifts, surface lifts, tows, and conveyors.
