Section 685IAC1-5-36. Ski equipment

Latest version.

Devices and equipment generally associated with winter sports activities, such as:

(1) ski lifts;

(2) ski tows;

(3) J-bars;

(4) ski mobiles;

(5) chairlifts; and

(6) aerial tramways;

shall be installed and maintained in accordance with ANSI Standard B77.1-2006 as set forth in 685 IAC 1-2-11.
