Section 646IAC5-3-8. Seasonal employment wage reporting

Seasonal employers are required to keep an accurate account of wages paid to seasonal workers within the seasonal period as determined by the department. The department will furnish seasonal employers the special wage reporting forms with coding for seasonal employees. Wages will continue to be reported on a quarterly basis.
