Section 646IAC5-3-3. Seasonal employment determination appeal

Any interested party may file an appeal to a determination regarding an approval or disapproval of an election to become a seasonal employer. The appeal must be filed within fifteen (15) days after the determination to obtain review in accordance with IC 22-4-32.
