Section 646IAC5-10-22. Transfer of hearing to unemployment insurance board

A claim pending before an administrative law judge, or before the review board, can be transferred to the unemployment insurance board under IC 22-4-17-5. When a transfer takes place, the hearing shall be held before, and decided by, the full unemployment insurance board. Rules governing hearings before the unemployment insurance board shall be the same as those applicable to hearings before the review board.
