Section 646IAC5-10-21. Change of administrative law judge

Upon written application to the director of unemployment insurance appeals, a party to a hearing before an administrative law judge may request a change of the assigned judge. The requesting party must establish good cause for the change, and the decision to change is at the discretion of the director of unemployment insurance appeals.
