Section 646IAC5-1-9. "Job-attached" defined

"Job-attached" means a relationship between an employer and an employee in which the employee is not actively performing services for the employer, but is still connected to the employer through the payment of remuneration in the form of supplemental unemployment insurance benefits, or by remaining covered under the employer's health benefits plan.
