Section 631IAC1-1-20. Record of claims; electronic record

  •    (a) The board shall maintain an electronic system of recording claims filed in the office of the board (the cause system), in which all cases shall be entered at the time and in the order in which they are filed. Each case shall be numbered in the order in which it is filed.

      (b) The cause system of claims shall show the title of the cause, the date of filing, the order or award, and the name of the board member making it. The original award shall be filed with the original papers in the case.
