Section 615IAC1-2-20. Protection of trade secrets

(a) Any information reported to or otherwise obtained by the Board that contains or might reveal a trade secret shall be considered confidential and pursuant to IC 22-8-1.1-48.4 disclosed only to the extent necessary for the Board to carry out its functions.
(b) The Board shall issue such orders as may be appropriate, including the impoundment of files, or portions of files, to protect the confidentiality of trade secrets.
