Section 610IAC6-1-4. "Employer" defined

Latest version.

"Employer" means:

(1) a person;

(2) a firm;

(3) a partnership;

(4) an association;

(5) a corporation;

(6) a limited liability company;

(7) a receiver; or

(8) another entity;
