Section 590IAC6-2-6. Disposal of documents by secondary depository libraries

Secondary depository libraries may, at their own discretion, dispose of documents retained five (5) years or longer, unless the Indiana state library has given advance notice that certain documents are needed for the Indiana state library's collection.
