Section 575IAC1-9-44. Interior storage, rear MFSAB only

A storage container for student items (primarily extracurricular activity equipment) may be located inside the passenger compartment. The storage container must:

(1) be:

(A) located behind the rear most passenger seat;

(B) fastened to the floor; and

(C) not blocking any emergency exit; and

(2) have a cover with a positive fastening device.
