Section 560IAC2-7-5. Standards

Electronic facsimile transmission equipment used by the Indiana education employment relations board and its offices under this rule shall comply with Group III level equipment standards established by the Consultative Committee International Telegraph and Telephone of the International Telecommunications Union which provides standards for operating speed and image resolution available for use over public telephone networks. Pleadings and papers filed by electronic facsimile transmission shall be letter size (eight and one-half (8½) inches by eleven (11) inches) and need not be filed in duplicate.
