Section 560IAC2-4-5. Initiation of mediation or fact-finding

   The chairman or chairperson or his or her designee shall initiate mediation pursuant to 560 IAC 2-4-1 and 560 IAC 2-4-3, regardless of whether the parties have requested it. The chairman or chairperson or his or her designee shall initiate the fact-finding process if mediation does not result in a contract.
