Rule 511IAC6.3-1. Assessing Adult High School Growth and Performance |
Section 511IAC6.3-1-6. Other applicable configurations

(a) A school that is not an adult high school as that term is defined under this rule may elect application of this rule instead of 511 IAC 6.2-10 if the school meets the criteria in subsection (b).
(b) A school may elect application of this rule if the school:
(1) grants diplomas; and
(2) has a majority of students enrolled with the school that:
(A) belong to a graduation cohort that has already graduated; or
(B) are over eighteen (18) years of age;
at the time the students were first enrolled at the school.
