Section 511IAC6.2-10-12. Atypical schools

(a) For each atypical school, the department shall, without waiting for a request from the board, immediately provide to the board the following information for the grade levels served and available data:

(1) Grade levels served by the school.

(2) Data available.

(3) Available models with current sample data for reference.
