Section 50IAC26-7-14. Creation of provisional tax statements

Tax and billing software must be able to record all data required to prepare the following:

(1) A provisional tax statement under IC 6-1.1-22.5.

(2) For each instance a provisional tax statement is created, a corresponding reconciling statement under IC 6-1.1-22.5.
