Section 50IAC20-3-3. Lodging per diem for attending the initial training sessions and the continuing education sessions

All assessing officials shall be entitled to a lodging per diem for attending new official training and continuing education sessions. The county fiscal body shall designate a lodging per diem. If the county fiscal body fails to designate a lodging per diem, the assessing official is entitled to reimbursement as provided in the state travel policies and procedures established by the Indiana department of administration and approved by the Indiana state budget agency.
