Section 470IAC3-18-3. Fire and smoke detection systems

(a) A provider providing care in a residential building must have working smoke detectors that meet the standards adopted by rule for licensed child care homes at 470 IAC 3-1.1-46(l).

(b) A provider providing care in a nonresidential building must have fire alarm and suppression systems as required by the applicable rule of the fire prevention and building safety commission.
