Section 470IAC3-18-4. Fire extinguishers

A provider must provide a two and one-half (2½) pound or greater ABC multiple purpose fire extinguisher with valid expiration date that shall be located on each floor of the facility in which child care services are provided and an additional extinguisher located in the kitchen area of the facility.
