Section 465IAC2-13-5. "Children's home" or "child caring institution" defined

  •    As used in this rule, "children's home" or "child caring institution" means a children's home, an orphanage, an institution, a shelter care facility, a private secure facility, or other place maintained or conducted by any group of individuals or political subdivision engaged in:

    (1) receiving and caring for dependent children, children in need of services, or delinquent children; or

    (2) operating for gain a private business of boarding children who are unattended by a parent, guardian, or custodian.
