  •    (a) The staff, hereafter referred to as caseworker, who perform casework or group work tasks, counseling with children and their families, or planning of services for children and their families, shall have a master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling from an accredited school. The caseworker may have a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related area of study from an accredited school if under the supervision of a person holding a master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling.

      (b) Professional staff which are full-time, part-time, or consulting, including psychologists, psychiatrists, physicians, dentists, teachers, and nurses, shall meet the respective licensing or certification requirements of their profession in the state of Indiana.

      (c) Professional services required for residents of group homes may be provided by one (1) of the following:

    (1) Direct employment of qualified staff.

    (2) Contract with qualified staff.

    (3) Qualified staff from the parent agency.

    (4) A community mental health clinic.

    (5) The child placing agency.

    (6) The administrator.
