Section 465IAC3-3-14. Burden of proof

Unless otherwise provided in the statute applicable to the particular hearing category, the appellant has the burden of proof, by a preponderance of the credible evidence, to establish any fact that is material to a decision of the issue or issues presented at a hearing under this rule.
