Section 465IAC2-4-1. Interstate compact on adoption and medical assistance

   The state department of public welfare shall enter into an interstate compact, on adoption and medical assistance, hereinafter referred to as the compact, to provide procedures for adoption and medical assistance for interstate children. The compact shall comply with the regulation contained in this rule and IC 31-3-5 [IC 31-3 was repealed by P.L.1-1997, SECTION 157, effective July 1, 1997.]. This rule shall apply to all interstate adoption assistance agreements.
