Section 465IAC2-16-13. "Residential treatment services provider" defined

Latest version.

"Residential treatment services provider" means a provider licensed by the department as a:

(1) child caring institution under IC 31-27-3;

(2) group home under IC 31-27-5; or

(3) private secure facility under 465 IAC 2-11.
